On September 5, 2025, New Uzbekistan University hosted an exclusive lecture with Arkady Dvorkovich, former Deputy Prime Minister of Russia and current President of FIDE. The session, titled “Life in Time Trouble and Without Rules: How to Make Sense of a Modern Economic Policy?”, explored the intersection of strategic thinking and contemporary economic policy.
During the lecture, Mr. Dvorkovich drew on his extensive experience in high-level policy-making and international relations, offering participants a rare perspective on decision-making under pressure and the challenges of crafting effective economic strategies in complex, fast-changing environments.
